GV Youth Small Leader

The GV Youth Small Group Leader helps students grow in their relationship with Jesus and with one another by creating a safe, honest, and Spirit-led environment. They guide meaningful conversations, listen well, and encourage students to explore biblical truth together rather than doing all the talking themselves. Through prayer, discussion, and genuine care, they help build a community where every student feels seen, heard, and valued.

Heart of the Role: Guiding students toward deeper faith through authentic conversation and Christ-centered community.

Location: GV Youth Center
Time Commitment:  Wednesday nights 5:45 pm - 8:00 pm  (When scheduled)

Working With The: GV Youth Small Group Coordinator, GV Youth Director

GV Youth will provide any training necessary.
